Since 2018, Carnoustie Golf Links has partnered with Foresight Sports to give golfers the opportunity to practice, prepare and improve before stepping onto the first tee. What began with seven Foresight GC2 and HMT-powered simulator bays has evolved into one of the most advanced indoor performance environments in UK golf, reinforcing a partnership built on innovation, trust and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional golfing experiences.
Located within Links House, overlooking the opening hole of the Championship Course, Carnoustie’s Performance Centre now features seven Falcon-powered Complete Golf Simulators, each finished with bespoke upholstered wall panels and dual Carnoustie and Foresight branding. The result is an environment that feels every bit as premium as the venue itself, combining modern performance technology with the heritage of one of golf’s most iconic destinations.

The facility has become an integral part of the Carnoustie experience. Golfers can warm up before their round, work with PGA Professionals using comprehensive ball and club performance data, experience industry-leading custom fitting or continue improving their game throughout the year, even when the Scottish winter rolls in. Every simulator is powered by Falcon, delivering the same camera-based measurement technology trusted across the professional tours, by leading equipment manufacturers and by many of the game’s best coaches.
The coaching and fitting offering extends even further within Carnoustie’s dedicated Performance Studio. Powered by GCQuad alongside Swing Catalyst pressure analysis, AI Focus technology and high-speed video, every lesson and fitting is built around objective measurement, giving golfers a complete understanding of both what the ball is doing and why.
The experience doesn’t end with practice. The Championship Course has been recreated in stunning detail within Foresight Sports simulation software, allowing visitors to familiarise themselves with its iconic holes before heading outside or revisit one of golf’s greatest challenges long after their round has finished.
